Alison Ann Sweeney (born January 6th, 1993) is an American actress, reality show director and writer. Sweeney became famous for playing Samantha Sami Brady (as she was popularly known in Days of Our Lives on the NBC soap Days of Our Lives) which was a contract role. In 1999, Sweeney realized she'd had it with her. The fads she was following no longer included cabbage, grapefruit, and other diets. She made healthy lifestyle changes such as cutting out soda and sugar and enrolled in boot camp-style classes. It was a success. The result was that she lost close to 30 pounds. Sweeney has two brothers, and is Irish. She quit UCLA to be a part of Days of Our Lives after finishing her education in economics. Sweeney was wed to David Sanov in July 2000. They had been together for three years. Two kids came into the world with them: one boy born on the 25th of February, 2005, and another girl born on the 12th of January, 2009. Alison Victoria (born October 31,1981) is an American TV host and actress. Interior designer, interior show host and actress. Chicago is the city where she was raised and she was drawn to Chicago and the buildings it houses. She's the older cousin of Jamie, Nicholas and Diana and of Greek-American descent.
